It’s hard to believe that a year has gone by! I feel like our wedding day was just yesterday! Josh and I have had so many wonderful experiences and opportunities. Already we have one of the greatest gifts in our life… our handsome little boy. We are looking forward to many, many years to come!!!

Keegan had his first visit to one of our favorite restaurants. The owner, Mariella, opened the restaurant early just for us. Keegan absolutely loved Mariella… he has a thing for Italian women! Mariella prepared many, many anti pasta dishes and then my favorite pasta which she named ‘Lauren’s pasta’ since I request it.
You can see that Keegan was relaxed most of the time, sleeping as usual! Not the best picture quality this time. There is a problem with my camera in dim lighting… as you can see in the pictures. Josh is going to try to fix it.

Now that Nana is here, Keegan will probably be a little bit spoiled…
Here is Keegan hanging out while Dad watches college football.

Today we went to the 2008 International Charity Bazaar at the NATO base here in Naples. The Bazaar raises money to support 21 needy organizations. There were many different participating countries, such as Greece, Spain, UK, Germany, Italy, etc. The best part in my opinion… the food! Naples has nothing but Italian food, so it was a treat to get some traditional food from other countries. There were also many, many vendors selling goodies. Josh and I walked away with only a new bottle of Sicilian olive oil and a decanter from Slovakia. That was a challenge! We could have easliy spent so much more.
Here are a couple of pictures. Keegan enjoyed himself… well he really doesn’t care where we are. He is content and sleeps like a champ!

Today we went to Heidi and Carl’s house for lunch. What a nice treat! We were finally able to get some pictures of Keegan with his eyes open… a little anyway.

We came home from the hospital today. Keegan slept the whole way in the car and then got to meet Rosco! Here are some more pictures from the hospital and the way home…
Here is a picture of my lovely friend Heidi whose due date is scheduled to be one day after my original date. Let’s see if she makes it until October 24th! We wish her well for a sooner delivery date!!!
